April 21st at 3:00pm David Schrader will do a reprise of the workshop that he presented at the Great Lakes Regional Convention on the Art of Continuo Playing. This workshop will be held at The First United Methodist Church of Evanston and featuring their rather new continuo organ.
We are hosting the Organ Recital as part of A Gift of Music on April 22. The Organist is David Troiano, a Music director, a tenor, and an organist from Detroit and he will be presenting music composed by J.S. Bach, E. Elgar and other American Composers.

On Friday, May 17th, the Festival Choir of First United Methodist Church of Evanston presents a concert featuring two choral masterworks: Paul Winter’s “Earth Mass” and Louis Vierne’s “Messe solennelle.” The 7:30pm concert is free and open to the public.
