Celebrating Maggie Kemper and 25 Years of Music at Elliott Chapel

Elliot Chapel at Westminster Place in Evanston, IL will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of the dedication of their Dobson organ and also honoring the Music Ministry of Margaret McElwain Kemper. This event will take place on Sunday, November 17, 2019.

Margaret Kemper was Organist/Director of Music at Westminster Place for the past 25 years. She also served as President of the American Guild of Organists. We were very proud to have one of our own serve in this very prestigious role.

The featured guest organist will be Stephen Buzard from St. James Cathedral in Chicago. Prelude Music will begin at 2:30 p.m. There will be a reception after the celebration.
