On Monday, June 3, forty of our chapter members and friends gathered at Sts. Faith, Hope, and Charity Catholic Church in Winnetka for a catered dinner and Members Recital. Thanks to Jay Peterson who arranged the great dinner! We recognized officers and board members who were completing their terms and introduced new officers and board members.
Following dinner the group moved to the sanctuary for the recital. The room is equally resplendent in sight and sound! Jay Peterson had arranged a wonderful program of readings and organ music following the seasons of the church year. Performers were Christian Stirling (Advent), Todd Gresick (Christmas), Jay Peterson (Epiphany), Eileen Baumgarten (Lent), Derek Nickels (Easter), Christine Kraemer (Ascension), and Jill Hunt (Pentecost). The variation of repertoire was so interesting and the performers were all outstanding! Many thanks to all who made this a most memorable evening!
