North Shore Chapter AGO 2026 Election

Dean – Richard Clemmitt
Richard Clemmitt has been a member of our chapter since first moving to the North Shore in the early 1990’s. He is a past Sub-Dean and current board member. For over thirty years, Richard has been the Organist and Choirmaster of Christ Church (Episcopal) in Winnetka. In addition to playing the organ, conducting choirs, and composing, Richard enjoys hiking and the outdoors. He and his wife, spiritual director and music teacher Elizabeth Clemmitt, live in Wilmette. They have two grown sons, Ethan and Adam.

Secretary – Bridget de la Peña
Bridget de la Peña holds a B.A. (music) from the University of Notre Dame, an M.S.Ed. (elementary education) from Northwestern University, and an Ed.D. (urban education leadership) from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She currently works as an academic leadership coach of Catholic elementary school principals. A recent recipient of the AGO’s Service Playing Certificate, Bridget enjoys playing organ recreationally and serving as a substitute musician.

Treasurer – Martin Kehe
Martin has been a member of the AGO since 1970 and holds the Colleague and Service Playing designations. He relocated from Washington, D.C., to Chicago in 2014 and added the North Shore dual chapter membership in 2023. Martin is in his eleventh year on the staff of St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church in Wilmette. A native of Colorado, he has another connection to the North Shore through his organ studies with Robert Finster and Austin Lovelace (who were at St. Mark’s and First Methodist in Evanston, respectively) during their time spent in Denver. Martin lives in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago with his husband, Anthony, and their extended family of various adult children and pets.

Class of 2029 – Patricia Radosavljevic
Pat became an AGO member with the Chicago Chapter while in college, studying with Dr. Robert Lodine at the American Conservatory. More recently she joined the North Shore AGO chapter and joined the Board around 2020. In 2021, she took over Sharon Peterson’s newsletter column “Someone You Should Know” from 2021-2024. Pat notes that “the NSAGO has widened my musical awareness, and I’ve met many interesting organists and heard new and exciting repertoire.” Pat began her organ career at East Side United Methodist Church on Chicago’s southeast side while in college, and has been Organist and Director of Music at Carter-Westminster Presbyterian in Skokie since 1982.

Class of 2029 – Gloria Song
Gloria Song moved from South Korea at age 13 1/2 and has degrees from Moody Bible Institute and Northwestern University in Sacred Music and Organ Performance. She currently serves as Department Head of Music and Organist at First Presbyterian Church in Libertyville.

Class of 2027 – Nicholas Renkosik (completing Clemmitt’s term)
Nick holds the positions as Organist and Choir Accompanist at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Johnsburg, IL, and as the Project Coordinator at JL Weiler, Inc. in Chicago, IL. Nick’s education in music began at age four. In high school, he studied piano with Barbara Paul of Crystal Lake, IL, and organ with Jelani Eddington of Racine, WI. In 2021, he received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Instrumental Performance (emphases in organ and piano) from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI, where he was a student in the studios of Mr. Christopher Berry (organ) and Dr. Wael Farouk (piano). He also holds a Master’s of Science in Business Design and Innovation from Carthage College. Nick was placed as a finalist and competed in 2017 at the American Theatre Organ Society’s National Convention (held that year in Tampa, FL) as a part of their annual Young Organist Competition. He placed as a runner up in the final performance adjudication. He is also a regularly appearing organist on the Wurlitzer theatre pipe organ at the Oriental Theatre in Milwaukee, WI. In his free time, he enjoys collecting art deco and art nouveau items, reading, researching, working out, and spending time on the shores of Lake Michigan.
